Human Race
On Sunday I ran 10km to be a part of a global race, The Human Race, organised by Nike. I ran with my new Nike+ iPod running sensor, which has helped me get more into running as it tracks all kinds of stats, and I like stats.
I ran the 10km, my longest run ever, with my fastest pace ever. It took me just over 42 minutes. My runs are all recorded automatically on Runner+ (and the less impressive...

We have had an awesome Summer, a month of it spent driving around America.
Now it is back to business, with work and now uni creeping up on us. Milja started studying last week and tomorrow my lessons start for the year.
